We aim to give you an appointment at the earlier time possible, patients can plan ahead with review appointment as they are available up to four weeks in advance. Just ring 01522 699999 and we will arrange things for you. Our reception staff are trained in signposting patients to appropriate services and may ask you some questions to best suit your needs allocate to suit your needs.
Did you know you can book an appointment on-line?
Using online services makes it more convenient for people at our practice, as there's no need to make a phone call or visit us. Computer, smartphone or tablet users can make or cancel an appointment at a time that suits them, even when the practice is closed.
Please cancel any unwanted booked appointments as soon as you are able to release them for other patients. You can do this on the main number 01522 699999, by sending a text message to 07501 679717 or leave a message on the prescription answerphone 01522 501111 - try to give enough details to find the appointment - your name, name of clinician, date and time of appointment.
You may leave a message for the GP or nurse at any time of the day and this will be posted in their message box. If you need them to respond to the message - please give contact details and state the urgency.
If you need to speak to a GP or nurse on the telephone - the receptionist will arrange this for you by taking your details and arranging a suitable time for them to ring you back.
During your appointment with a doctor or nurse you are welcome to ask for a chaperone. This will usually be one of the nursing team, however if a nurse is unavailable another staff member trained to chaperone will be called on with your agreement.
